Charitable Organization “Successful Ukraine” is a national civic initiative established to support Ukrainian society during wartime and contribute to the long-term development of a strong, effective, and resilient state.
The organization works at the intersection of humanitarian support, civil society development, institutional capacity-building and international cooperation. Our activities combine immediate assistance to communities affected by war with strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s future.

Our mission is to support people, communities, and institutions in Ukraine through transparent, effective, and responsible initiatives that respond to urgent humanitarian needs while contributing to sustainable national development.

What We Do
Humanitarian and Community Support
Successful Ukraine implements humanitarian initiatives aimed at supporting civilians affected by the war, particularly in regions that have suffered occupation or active hostilities. One of the flagship initiatives supported by the organization is HelpBucha, a project focused on assisting residents of Bucha and surrounding communities in rebuilding their lives.
Partnership and Collaboration
We cooperate with Ukrainian and international charitable foundations, volunteer initiatives, and civil society organizations to ensure coordinated, impactful assistance. Our partners include organizations working in humanitarian aid, medical support, defense assistance, and civic engagement.
Support for Institutional Development
Successful Ukraine supports analytical and educational initiatives that contribute to improving public governance and institutional effectiveness in Ukraine. In particular, the organization supports the activities of the Institute for State Efficiency (IDE), which focuses on research, policy solutions, and leadership development aimed at strengthening state capacity.
Decision-Making and Governance
The strategic directions of the organization are determined by its governing bodies. Individual projects within these directions are developed and approved based on recommendations from independent Expert Councils, composed of respected professionals, public figures, and scholars.
Decisions regarding the use of funds are made by the organization’s management. Successful Ukraine reserves the right to determine priority areas for funding in line with its mission and statutory objectives.
