The Charitable Organization “Successful Ukraine” is a national public initiative (hereinafter referred to as the Charitable Organization).
The core principles guiding the Charitable Organization’s activities are openness, transparency, expediency, adequacy, effectiveness, balance, predictability, and consideration of public opinion. These principles are enshrined in the relevant procedures and regulations of the Charitable Organization. Key decisions of the Charitable Organization are developed on the basis of consultations with experts and the public.
Approval of the list and content of individual projects within the general areas determined by the Supervisory Board is carried out based on recommendations from specialized Expert Councils. These councils are established by the Charitable Organization on an open basis for each specific program. The Expert Councils include respected professionals, public figures, and scholars.
Decisions regarding the use of funds are made by the Management of the Charitable Organization.
The Charitable Organization reserves the right to determine the priority areas for the use of funds.
Donor
The Donor voluntarily donates (gratuitously transfers) monetary funds to the Charitable Organization (hereinafter referred to as the Donation). The Charitable Organization accepts the Donation and undertakes to use it for statutory purposes in accordance with the mission and objectives of the Charitable Organization as set out in its Charter. The parties agree that the Donation may be used by the Charitable Organization without limitation as to time from the moment of receipt or by specific methods; therefore, the Charitable Organization has the right to independently determine the timing and specific procedure for using the Donation.
The Donation is non-refundable to the Donor.
Miscellaneous
In the event of reorganization or liquidation of the Charitable Organization, the Charitable Organization undertakes to transfer the funds to the account of another non-profit organization whose activities correspond to the mission and objectives of the Charitable Organization.
Fundraising for statutory activities will take place throughout the entire period of the Charitable Organization’s existence. Funds received from Donors will cover the current activities of the Charitable Organization; in the event that revenues exceed operating expenses, the surplus funds will be reallocated to ongoing projects of the Charitable Organization in accordance with decisions of its Board.
The Charitable Organization conducts its activities in accordance with its Charter.
